Luijckx Makelaardij wenst u een heel goed, gelukkig en gezond 2012!!18 novemberNHG grens blijft nog tot medio 2014 op hoger niveau.Het Kabinet heeft besloten om naar aanleiding van het verzoek van de Tweede Kamer de kostengrens van de Nationale Hypotheekgarantie tot 1 juli 2012 te handhaven op € 350.000,-. Na 1 juli 2012 gaat de grens omlaag naar € 320.000,-, om op 1 juli 2014 te zakken naar het reguliere niveau van € 265.000,-.1 juli 2011De overdrachtsbelasting gaat naar 2%!Vanaf vandaag is de overdrachtsbelasting verlaagd van 6% naar 2% voor nieuwe huizenkopers. Deze wijziging geldt voor een jaar, tot 30 juni 2012. Wat er hierna gebeurd is nog onzeker.
